Produced in the high-altitude tea-growing region of Mt Kenya , this PF1 (Pekoe Fannings 1) grade tea is manufactured using the CTC (Crush, Tear, Curl) process under strict quality control to ensure uniform particle size, optimal infusion, and consistent liquoring characteristics.

This grade is known for its bright liquor, strong body, and pronounced briskness, making it highly suitable for blending as well as for markets that prefer a bold, coloury cup. The fine particle size enables quick infusion and efficient extraction.
