Mr. Benson Ngugi: Factory Unit Manager
The Factory Unit Manager provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the factory operations. The role oversees production efficiency, financial performance, compliance, farmer relations, staff management, and implementation of organizational objectives to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Mr. Michael Njue: Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing tea processing operations, maintaining product quality standards, managing production schedules, ensuring equipment efficiency, and promoting adherence to food safety and quality management systems within the factory.
Mr. Richard Nyamai : Accountant
The Accountant oversees financial management, budgeting, financial reporting, payroll administration, compliance, and internal financial controls to ensure accountability and efficient utilization of factory resources.
Mr. Douglas Kirimi :Field Services Coordinator
The Field Services Coordinator manages farmer support programs and field operations. The role focuses on tea husbandry training, green leaf quality improvement, sustainable farming practices, extension services, and strengthening relationships with tea farmers and collection centers.
Mr. Gilbert Mwaniki : Field System Administrator
The Field Systems Administrator supports and manages ICT systems related to field operations, farmer databases, digital leaf collection systems, network infrastructure, and technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data management.
Mr. Dennis Njeru : Assistant Accountant
The Assistant Accountant supports daily accounting operations including financial record management, reconciliations, invoice processing, payment preparation, and maintenance of accurate financial documentation.
Ms. Ann Gitau: Production Assistant
The Production Assistant supports production activities by monitoring operational processes, maintaining production records, assisting in quality control procedures, and ensuring smooth coordination within the production department.
Mr. Elias Mwangi: Management Trainee
The Management Trainee supports various departmental functions while gaining practical experience in factory operations, administration, production management, field services, finance, and organizational leadership development.
